Sandy is expected to continue to the Northwest for a short time and her forward speed should slow down a little today. Later this evening Sandy should begin a turn back more to the North and to the Northeast on Saturday. Sandy will remain a Hurricane during this time and for the next couple of days while moving back over open waters of the Atlantic.
