Tropical Storm SEAN

Yesterday I mentioned Subtropical Storm SEAN, which is nothing more than some eye candy, a fish storm, not anticipated to make landfall anywhere in the US. At 2 PM AST November 8 2011, Subtropical Storm SEAN was upgraded to a Tropical Storm with winds of 45 MPH.
