Hot on the heals of TD Nine is Invest 96L. As of 8:00 AM EDT this morning, this tropical wave has a 60% chance of further development. Will it become Tropical Depression Ten ? Will it become Tropical Storm Joyce ? Time will tell. I'm also watching 95L off the coast of Mexico in the Gulf. This system should meander for a few days before dissipating. I keep an eye on it just in case.
