Unseasonal summer snow blankets Saudi city

Global Warming .. NO. Climate change .. YES.

Unseasonal summer snow fell on northern parts of Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, while other parts of the kingdom baked under scorching sun.

According to local media, a thick blanket of snow fell on Tanomah in north Abha, in the south west of the kingdom, which is unusual for this time of year.

The suburban areas of Namas, Souda, Shaaf, Turaib, Oqbat Dalae, Khaibar Al-Janoub, Madda, Tihama Balasmar and Balahmar received heavy rainfalls accompanied by hailstorms on Tuesday, reported the Saudi Press Agency.
